What is your order minimum?
40 units
How large is your catalog of apparel?
We stock a wide selection of brands, from popular ones like: Bella Canvas, Hanes, Gildan, Next Level, American Apparel, Champion, Fruit of The Loom, Nike, Reebok, and more. Email Alex@javiditailored.com for the full catalog.
Can you print on hats or embroidery?
Yes!
What are the artwork requirements?
For ALL screen printing we require vectorized artwork (.psd - .ai - .eps - .svg). For other styles of printing such as DTG we can use non-vector artwork in PNG format. We recommend the highest quality exported file.
How do I submit my artwork to you?
Submit files to Alex@javiditailored.com
Do you offer samples or press checks?
At this time we don't offer samples and stick by our minimum order qty. However, we do have many samples of previous printing work that we'll be glad to show you!
Can you print on paper or do decal printing (stickers)?
Yes, we can!
What is your lead time or turn-around time?
We aim for a 2 week turn-around time from the day the invoice is processed!
Do you print on other fabrics besides cotton?
Yes. We can print on anything! :)
Do you offer shipping?
Yes
What areas of clothing can you print on?
Anywhere within reason and ability. Common areas include: front, back, lower hems, sleeves, inner neck tags, etc. Whatever your needs are, Javidi Tailored is here to bring your branding and custom apparel ideas come to life!
Am I able to change my order?
While we strive to make every effort in designing and fulfilling your custom order as desired, once the digital mockups are approved, invoicing finalized and blanks are ordered--production is already underway. We are unable to offer any changes at this point.
How can I exchange or return a product?
Returns / exchanges are only accepted if misprints or errors occur.
Do you offer design services?
Javidi Tailored does not offer full design services at this time, but we have close partnerships we can recommend!
