Direct to Garment

Direct-to-garment printing is a process of printing on textiles using specialized aqueous ink jet technology. DTG printers typically have a platen designed to hold the garment in a fixed position, and the printer inks are jetted, or sprayed, onto the textile by the print head. Most cost effective for large or small runs.

Screen Printing

Screen printing is a print technique where a mesh screen is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. Great for hi-quality, minimal colors, specialty run-offs.

Embroidery

Embroidery is the process of decorating fabric or other materials with a needle and thread for a raised or embossed like texture on clothing.

Heat Press

Heat press printing is done with a small or large machine that is engineered to imprint a design or graphic on a substrate, such as a t-shirt, with the application of heat and pressure for a preset period of time. While heat presses are often used to apply designs to fabrics, specially designed presses can also be used to imprint designs on mugs, plates, jigsaw puzzles, caps, and other products.

Vinyl printing

Vinyl printing uses thin vinyl sheets to create graphics on a t-shirt. The design is contour cut on a machine, weeded, and then heat pressed on a garment. This process can be tedious but the results are worth it. The design is long lasting and fade resistant. However, you must properly care for the garment to yield lasting quality and care.
